The Creative Project Coordinator maintains project visibility through dependency management, status tracking, and documentation. Each checkpoint must clearly show the source, owner, status, and next action, following a creative-focused, project-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.

Responsibilities

• Maintain creative project coordination with dependency management, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Reconcile logistics role documentation with status tracking for creative projects.
• Coordinate project tracking with deadline management, ensuring all dependencies are visible and actionable.
• Review documentation and generate reports to maintain traceability and accountability.
• Enforce quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
• Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and deadlines in a creative project workflow.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of marketing initiatives.
• Use judgment for follow-up, especially when project coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote project completion is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate through issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Confidence in using logistics workflow context and project coordination within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
• Ability to apply strong creative project coordination standards, ensuring traceability, ownership of unresolved items, and error surfacing.
• Judgment to manage follow-ups and dependencies without assumptions.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$69,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
