Creative Producer
About the role
We're seeking a talented Creative Producer to help shape the visual identity of our digital products across local and national brands. This role involves creating best-in-class design solutions for various platforms and collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, Scripps creative and project management teams, as well as local and national businesses.
- Develop and produce new design solutions and concepts to meet key business and user goals.
- Provide design support and solutions that meet the needs of internal client teams.
- Work closely with local and national businesses including creatives, marketers, and business owners.
- Utilize user feedback to provide insights and suggestions to optimize existing designs and inform new ones.
- Manage brand standards, updating guidelines, and being a watchdog for brand inconsistencies.
- Pitch in to help support other creative needs when asked, including brainstorming, branding, digital comps, studies, and more.
- Establish best practices for local small business video creative.
Requirements
- A BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience in related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS, and responsive digital design tools.
- Excellent usability instincts and sense of design.
- Experience designing dynamic display and video creative.
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly, iterating towards the best solutions.
- Exposure to interactive design (mobile, tablet, desktop) and architecture fundamentals and best practices for web and mobile.
- Self-motivated, passionate person with a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Independent thinker with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
