Creative Manager

About the role

We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Manager to inspire our marketing team and shape the look and feel of our brand. The ideal candidate will bring the CPS culture to life through compelling creative direction, impactful campaigns, and a strong brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and brand consistency for all collateral materials, templates, ads, social graphics, signage, office graphics, presentation design, campaign visuals, logos, and brand items, and branch support materials.
• HR design support for annual benefits and other communication.
• Develop visual materials for safety, company meetings, and other internal groups to properly communicate programs, information, and needs.

Requirements

• Clear speaking and listening skills to share art goals with others.
• Strong project tracking and time management to handle many tasks.
• Good knowledge of design software, marketing trends, and brand planning.
• Past work experience in a creative job with some leadership duties.
