The Creative Director, Experience is responsible for shaping and safeguarding the guest experience across BHC. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role ensures every property tells its unique story while delivering a thoughtful, consistent, and elevated expression of its brand through operational, sensory, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with the Brand Director, fellow Creative Directors, executive leadership, ownership, and property teams, the Creative Director, Experience serves as the steward of brand experience across the portfolio—translating creative vision into memorable guest experiences through standards, programming, sensory identity, uniforms, and operational excellence. This role will establish and build out a brand experience team over time, ensuring standards of ownership can pace with business growth. Duties & Responsibilities Brand Experience Leadership Champion the creative expression of BHC by translating brand stories into thoughtful, immersive guest experiences across the portfolio.Ensure visual, sensory, and experiential touchpoints consistently reflect each property's unique identity while upholding portfolio-wide brand standards.Conduct regular on-property brand reviews, providing strategic guidance to elevate execution, refine guest-facing experiences, and ensure consistency across the collection.Partner with executive leadership, ownership, and property teams to align operational decisions with the creative vision, reinforcing a cohesive and differentiated brand experience. BHC Brand Standards Develop, maintain, and evolve portfolio-wide brand standards in partnership with Brand and Operations, ensuring consistency across all guest-facing experiences.Provide stylistic direction for (OSE), ensuring all branded operational touchpoints—from tabletop and in-room amenities to collateral and service tools—align with each property's identity and the overall brand vision.Translate creative vision into clear, actionable experience standards that support consistent execution across the collection.Identify opportunities to elevate presentation, styling, service rituals, environmental details, and branded OSE while addressing inconsistencies in on-property execution. Uniform Program Strategy Lead the strategic direction of the BHC uniform program across the collection.Oversee the development, evolution, sourcing, fit, functionality, and governance of uniforms in collaboration with operational teams and external partners.Ensure uniforms reinforce each property's identity while supporting operational excellence.Actively seek marketing and PR opportunities across uniform initiatives Creative Collaboration & Concept Development Collaborate with the Brand Director, SLT, Ownership, Creative Director, Art & Design, and Creative Director, Photography to shape new guest experiences, concepts, and portfolio initiatives.Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, Development, Design, and Marketing to ensure creative vision is translated seamlessly into the guest experience.Contribute experiential expertise throughout new developments, renovations, openings, and repositioning projects. Sensory Experience Develop and oversee the portfolio's sonic identity, including music strategy and auditory experiences that reinforce each property's character.Curate sensory elements that enrich the guest journey and create memorable, immersive brand experiences. Brand & Cultural Partnerships Cultivate strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, artists, makers, and cultural organizations that enhance the guest experience and strengthen the portfolio's cultural relevance.Collaborate with Marketing to identify and maximize 360° partnership opportunities, ensuring brand collaborations are seamlessly integrated across guest experience, programming, and marketing initiatives. _______________________________________________________________________________ BHC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
