Creative Arts Therapist (Part-Time)

Lead with us at Brooklyn, NY, located along scenic waterfront property. Our Centers for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care are known for delivering quality and compassionate care through programs and services that support individuals needing short-stay or long-term inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, quarterly and annual assessments of residents
• Provide daily small and individual music therapy for residents with psychological and physical impairments
• Design music therapy interventions suitable for residents according to each individual’s clinical goals and objectives
• Document progress notes for residents who are receiving music therapy services
• Use multiple forms of media to measure and demonstrate the progress and impact of music therapy services for residents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum internship experience
