About the role

Career Readiness Education focuses on developing, facilitating and managing programs that support career pathways and integrated academics.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership, community building, and human and financial resources management.
• Prepare students with specific technical skills, employability skills, and integrated academics for career advancement and lifelong learning.
• Monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system.
• Work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance each student’s learning towards established goals.
• Travel as required for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and as required by school.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Missouri Teacher Certification in Business
• Reside in Missouri

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of related professional experience

Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday

Pay

Exempt (salary): Post annual salary $48,752.00 - $60,940.00. Offered salary may vary based on several factors including geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
