We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. Need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro: "Joyce Steel Erection, Ltd. As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway—you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way. We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". We'll use "About the role". Then many bullet-like statements (no actual bullet formatting). They are requirements/skills/responsibilities. Need to separate into sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Let's extract content: - "BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL, DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREEN, AND 7 YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK" - "HAVE BASIC MECHANICAL SKILLS" - "MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK ALL DAYS AND TIMES." - "THE COMPANY OPERATES 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK." - "MUST FOLLOW DIRECTION FOR SUPERVISION" - "MUST FOLLOW DIRECTION FROM CRANE OPERATOR" - "AID IN ALIGN, LEVEL AND AID IN SETTING UP CRANE" - "AID IN ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY UNDER SUPERVISION OF CRANE OPERATOR" - "HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CRANE AND RIGGING CONSIDERATIONS (HITCHES, SHACKLES, LOAD ANGLES, LOAD WEIGHTS, CENTER OF GRAVITY, TAG LINE, ETC.)" - "MUST BE ABLE TO BE ASSIGNED THE DESIGATED SIGNALMAN TO HELP THE CRANE OPERATOR ATTACH, LIFT, MOVE, AND SET LOADS" - "MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE" - "AID IN CLEANLINESS AND HOUSEKEEPING OF JOB SITE AND MOBILE CRANE" - "PULL TRAILERS WITH PICK UP FOR ADDITIONAL RIGGING AND FOLLOW CRANE TO JOB SITE." - "CONTROL MOVEMENTS OF LOADS BY WAY OF A TAGLINE AND SIGNALING OF THE CRANE" - "MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF CRANE AND ALL COMPONENTS" - "ATTACH LOAD LIFTING DEVICES TO CRANE AND TO LOAD IN A SAFE MANNER" - "ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED BY UTILIZING SAFE PRACTICES" - "WEARING REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WHILE PERFORMING WORK" - "MAINTAIN POSITIVE ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS" Then after that: "Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law." That's a note about screening; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Then EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info beyond schedule mention: "MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK ALL DAYS AND TIMES." and "THE COMPANY OPERATES 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK." That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with those statements. Benefits: none given. Pay: none given. So we should not include Benefits or Pay sections. Now categorize: About the role: intro paragraph. Responsibilities: tasks/duties: AID IN ALIGN, LEVEL AND AID IN SETTING UP CRANE; AID IN ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY UNDER SUPERVISION OF CRANE OPERATOR; AID IN CLEANLINESS AND HOUSEKEEPING OF JOB SITE AND MOBILE CRANE; PULL TRAILERS WITH PICK UP FOR ADDITIONAL RIGGING AND FOLLOW CRANE TO JOB SITE.; CONTROL MOVEMENTS OF LOADS BY WAY OF A TAGLINE AND SIGNALING OF THE CRANE; ATTACH LOAD LIFTING DEVICES TO CRANE AND TO LOAD IN A SAFE MANNER; ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED BY UTILIZING SAFE PRACTICES; WEARING REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WHILE PERFORMING WORK; MAINTAIN POSITIVE ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS; MUST FOLLOW DIRECTION FOR SUPERVISION; MUST FOLLOW DIRECTION FROM CRANE OPERATOR; MUST BE ABLE TO BE ASSIGNED THE DESIGATED SIGNALMAN TO HELP THE CRANE OPERATOR ATTACH, LIFT, MOVE, AND SET LOADS; etc. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Many statements about abilities, knowledge, licenses, background check, DOT physical, drug screen, flexible schedule, valid driver's license, basic mechanical skills, basic knowledge of crane and rigging considerations, basic knowledge of assembly/disassembly of crane and all components, etc. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, but we need to follow instruction: use headings only when there is real specific content. We could have Requirements (or Qualifications) and Skills separate if we can differentiate. But we risk creating thin sections. Better to have a single "Requirements" section covering all mandatory criteria, and maybe a "Skills" section for mechanical skills, crane knowledge, etc. However many items overlap. Given the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes qualifications, skills, schedule). And Schedule could be separate if we have specific schedule info. But schedule info is also a requirement. Could embed within Requirements. But we need to follow rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Schedule if we have schedule specifics. We have "MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK ALL DAYS AND TIMES." and "THE COMPANY OPERATES 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK." That's schedule-specific. So we can make a Schedule section. Benefits and Pay: none, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule. But we also have "Skills" maybe separate: "HAVE BASIC MECHANICAL SKILLS", "HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CRANE AND RIGGING CONSIDERATIONS", "MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF CRANE AND ALL COMPONENTS". Those could be Skills. However we could put them under Requirements as they are requirements. To avoid many thin sections, we can combine. Thus final HTML:
