About the role

We are seeking highly motivated, professional Craftsmen and Craftswomen with skills in multiple trades. Ideal candidates are committed to quality work and customer service, possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and enjoy the variety of tasks we offer. This is a W-2 position with the flexibility of an independent job in a fun, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, decks).
• Troubleshoot problems and develop prompt, professional solutions.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and organized tools.
• Assess properties for additional repair opportunities and communicate these to customers to earn their confidence and secure more work.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Be an integral part of a winning team, striving for top customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, decks).
• Understanding of tools required for various tasks (not necessarily owning every tool).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable appearance and a decent, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to look for and identify additional work opportunities on properties.
• Punctuality, efficiency, and high integrity.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and grow with the company.

Pay
