About the role

We are one of Lake Norman’s top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies, providing homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all handyman needs. We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades, including:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical

You should be a quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a prompt, professional manner
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and organized tools
• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs or additional work to customers
• Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work opportunities
• Fix small issues and highlight capabilities to customers
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, and integrity while exceeding customer expectations
• Be an integral part of a winning team

Requirements

• Knowledge of what tools are needed for specific tasks (not necessarily owning every tool)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
