We are seeking highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades. Responsibilities

• Perform handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot problems and develop prompt, professional solutions.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and organized tools for all potential work.
• Assess properties and communicate additional repair opportunities to customers to earn their confidence and secure more work.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, and integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute as an integral part of a winning team.

Requirements

• A good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile work, and electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Proper equipment usage (not necessarily owning every tool but knowing what tools are needed for specific tasks).
• Cell phone usage for work-related communication.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekend work).

Pay

Very competitive pay with performance bonuses and vacation pay.
