About the role

We are one of the Hill Country's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout Gillespie, Kerr, Blanco, and Kendall counties with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Responsibilities

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades. Additional responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting skills to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers
• Being presentable with a clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, and organized tools
• Looking around the property and communicating to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle
• Taking the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquiring about additional work that could be performed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good overall knowledge of all trades, including:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Paint

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Must be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.

Pay

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
