About the role

We are seeking highly motivated, professional Craftsmen and Craftswomen with skills in multiple trades. Ideal candidates are committed to quality work and customer service, possess a strong will to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner, and enjoy the variety of projects we offer. This is a W-2 position with the flexibility of an independent work style in a fun, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and decks.
• Troubleshoot problems and develop prompt, professional resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs or additional work to customers, earning their confidence and trust.
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and high integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.
• Be an integral part of a winning team, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, decks).
• Proper equipment—knowing what tools are needed for specific tasks (not necessarily owning every tool).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance.
• Decent-looking, reliable vehicle and organized tools.
• Ability to look around properties and identify additional work opportunities.
• Punctuality, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining the highest integrity.

Pay

$28.00 per hour.
