Cover Supervisor

About the role

Colonel Frank Seely Academy, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support students' learning and development in a thriving secondary school.

Responsibilities

• Cover lessons for absent teachers.
• When not covering, provide in‑class support to students.
• Assist departments with administrative tasks, including the display of learning resources and work.

Pay

Pay Scale Band 8, Scale Points 36‑40. Actual salary: £14,026 – £15,209 per annum (FTE: £29,239 – £31,705).

Schedule

21 hours per week – part‑time, maternity cover, term‑time only. Required from November 2026.
