Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Guest Service Superstar: Bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Handle quick questions and big requests with ease.
• Communication Champ: Clearly, confidently, and with a smile, communicate with guests and coordinate with the team to keep things flowing smoothly.
• Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: Think fast, act smart, and turn potential hiccups into happy endings.
• Multitasking Marvel: Juggle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with precision and organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
