About the role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at the hotel’s front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handling guest reservations and modifications.
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Managing room status and availability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.

Qualifications

Pay
