About the role
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at the hotel’s front desk.Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handling guest reservations and modifications.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Managing room status and availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
