Key Skills & Experiences: list of skills: Communication skills..., problem-solving..., Fluency..., Literate and tech-savvy..., Flexibility..., high school diploma..., college degree bonus..., Experience..., Strength..., location on US Military Installation, background check required, DOD sponsored ID holders not subject, etc.
We need to separate into sections: Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities), Requirements (maybe education, experience, background check, etc.), Qualifications (maybe degree?), Skills (communication, problem solving, language, tech-savvy, flexibility), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (salary range mentioned), Schedule (flexibility night/weekend/holiday shifts). Also maybe "About the role" from Role Purpose.
We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we include only those with actual content.
Let's extract:
About the role: Role Purpose paragraph.
Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities list.
Requirements: maybe "You’ll have a high school diploma or qualification. A college or university degree would be a bonus, but not essential. Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest service position. Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling. This property is located on a US Military Installation. Successful completion of a Federal Background check, conducted by the Installation Visitor's Center, will be required to access the Installation. This is necessary in order to come to the hotel for an interview for this position. If hired, this background check will be required to be renewed annually at minimum. DOD sponsored ID holders are not subject to this process."
Also maybe "Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job." That could go under Schedule.
Skills: Communication skills, problem-solving skills, Fluency in the local language (extra language skills would be great, but not essential), Literate and tech-savvy (good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computers). Also maybe "Flexibility" but that's schedule.
Benefits: none explicit. There's a line about salary range and pay details but that's Pay. Benefits not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits section.
Pay: "Important information: The salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or other form of compensation allocable to a particular employee remain in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law."
We need to include Pay section with that content. However we must not include placeholder like "not specified". This is actual content about pay. So include.
Schedule: "Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job." Also maybe from Key Accountabilities? Not else. So schedule section with that sentence.
We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Remove those.

Schedule
Night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also removed "Important information:" we kept as part of Pay paragraph. Also removed "If you are a resident of or applying to a job opening in the State of Washington..." etc. Also removed "For roles or applicants in San Francisco only..." etc. Also removed "Don't quite meet every single requirement..." etc. Also removed "Start your journey with us today." etc. Also removed "Key Skills & Experiences" heading (we turned into Skills). Also removed "Key Accountabilities" heading (we turned into Responsibilities). Also removed "Role Purpose" heading (we turned into About the role). Also removed "This property is located on a US Military Installation..." we included in Requirements. Check duplication: we have "Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts" in Skills and also Schedule paragraph. Might be duplication but it's okay; but we could move flexibility solely to Schedule and remove from Skills. However the Skills section originally had "Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job." It's a skill but also schedule. To avoid duplication, we could keep it only under Schedule and remove from Skills. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in either place but not duplicate. Better to keep it under Schedule and not duplicate. So adjust Skills: remove flexibility line. Thus Skills: Communication, Problem-solving, Fluency, Literate and tech-savvy. Now ensure we didn't lose any other substantive info: "You’ll have a high school diploma or qualification. A college or university degree would be a bonus, but not essential." We captured in Requirements as "High school diploma or qualification (college or university degree would be a bonus, but not essential)". Good. "Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest service position." captured. "Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling." captured. "This property is located on a US Military Installation. Successful completion of a Federal Background check, conducted by the Installation Visitor's Center, will be required to access the Installation. This is necessary in order to come to the hotel for an interview for this position. If hired, this background check will be required to be renewed annually at minimum. DOD sponsored ID holders are not subject to this process." captured. Now check for any other substantive info: "Key Accountabilities" list we captured fully. Let's verify each bullet: - Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience. (we have) - Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone (we have) - Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay. Now check for any other info: "Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential." captured. "Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computers" captured. Now check for any mention of benefits: none. Now ensure no placeholder like
