Responsibilities

• Supervise residents during outdoor and designated smoking activities
• Provide a calm, friendly presence while sitting outdoors with residents
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
• Observe and report behavioral or mood changes to nursing staff
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Remain attentive and engaged during extended outdoor periods

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• No experience needed—training provided
