As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’re the behind‑the‑scenes hero ensuring every guest’s stay is spotless and unforgettable. You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments while inspiring your team to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive work atmosphere.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, maintain key control, and manage access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files while prioritizing safety.
• Set and uphold high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field (required).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
