Courtyard Nashville Green Hills - Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. You set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands‑on training, and positive motivation.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, maintain key control, and manage access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files while prioritizing safety.
• Set and uphold high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field (required).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
