Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam.
• Make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Education & Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
