Courtyard JFK International Airport - Shuttle Driver PM

Van Driver position with open availability from 4PM to 12:30AM, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance.
• Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers.
• Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options; provide maps and directions.
• Keep the lobby reader board, entrance area, and van clean inside and out.
• Transport guests on scheduled runs and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and performing other duties as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
