Hotel Shuttle Driver - Courtyard Anchorage Airport

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused team member to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for hotel guests. In this role, you will help create a welcoming first and last impression by supporting guest arrivals, departures, and local transportation needs. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, maintains a professional appearance, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.Responsibilities Safely transport guests to and from designated destinations, including the airport, local attractions, and nearby business locations. Provide a friendly, professional experience for guests at all times. Assist guests with boarding, luggage, and basic mobility needs as appropriate. Maintain familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and hotel transportation schedules. Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Communicate clearly with hotel staff regarding shuttle requests, delays, and guest needs. Accurately complete required logs, reports, and other transportation-related documentation.Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous driving or guest service experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle or shuttle in varying traffic conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed, within safe guidelines.
