Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the work of a case management team
- Develop work unit team goals
- Define objectives; mentor and coach staff; provide direction and feedback
- Foster and maintain relationships with other divisions, external agencies, law enforcement, treatment providers and other stakeholders
- Recommend, develop and implement improvement plans in operating procedures, work processes and administrative processes
- Oversee special projects, provide customer service, track cases for management purposes, report progress and resolution of problems to achieve performance goals
- Perform case reviews to ensure systems accurately reflect team performance and review, monitor and prepare statistical reports
