Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training and education programs for clients.
- Consult with and coordinate between Product Management and client project leaders to identify capability gaps.
- Develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs.
- Provide real-time support and education to all end users through walk-in help room and phone line.
- Elbow support for clinicians to provide education of more efficient EMR functions.
- Create, maintain, and assign eLearning modules.
- Create and maintain end-user educational documents/job aids accessible to all users in virtual Document Library.
- Manage and train clinical students on EHR accounts.
- Train and educate end-users in acute locations.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work with and coordinate with Product Management and client project leaders.
- Knowledge of process design and solution adoption best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining eLearning modules and educational documents.
- Ability to provide real-time support and education to end-users.
- Experience in managing and training clinical students.
- Experience in acute location settings.

Pay
- Hiring range in USD from $24.62 - $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 - $99,900 per year.
