Courier-Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Transport water samples from designated collection points to the lab.
• Ensure all samples are collected and delivered according to the lab’s schedules and protocols.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines, including proper handling, packaging, and labeling of samples to prevent contamination or damage.
• Maintain a timely delivery schedule to ensure water samples arrive at the laboratory within the required time frame for testing.
• Provide regular updates to the lab and logistics team regarding pick-up and delivery status; report any issues or delays immediately.
• Ensure the courier vehicle is clean, maintained, and in good working condition; report any vehicle issues to the Logistics Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred, particularly in a scientific, medical, or laboratory setting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday. Hours will vary.

$18.00 per hour.
