Courier & Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Transport mail, work materials, stock, and non-stock items.
• Manage stockroom orders.
• Provide backup coverage for mailroom, ATM, Night Drop, and Commercial drawer inspections.
• Support general facility upkeep.
• Perform routine fleet vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
• Adjust work schedule flexibly for projects and department coverage as needed.
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Reports to and takes work direction from the Operations Department Manager, Assistant Manager, and Facilities Manager.
