Transportation Operations Assistant

About the role

Must be flexible for day or night shift - 4 days on, 3 of those 12hr shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Interact with internal and external customers as well as collaborate with multiple teams
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
