Transportation Operations Assistant

Position Responsibilities

• Process orders.
• Produce and reconcile shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Collect and prepare information for various operational reports.
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with multiple teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Schedule

Weekly Pay: $22.00
Work Schedule: 4 day/3 day flip schedule
Week 1: Wednesday through Saturday 06:00am - 06:00pm
Week 2: Thursday through Saturday 06:00am - 06:00pm
Training schedule may differ from assigned schedule.
