About the role
Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Counterthreat Finance Coordinator to provide support for our government customer in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of contact within the ODASW-CNGT for coordinating activities and initiatives focused on countering illicit threat finance networks.
- Support the team in reviewing and drafting strategic guidance, administrative instructions, and policy frameworks related to counter-threat finance (CTF) activities.
- Monitor, track, and assess program performance across various DoW components and commands to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Plan, organize, and provide administrative and coordination support for specialized working groups, operational planning teams, and interagency conferences.
- Facilitate information sharing, communication, and synchronization between DoW CTF teams, federal law enforcement partners, and the broader intelligence community.
- Prepare concise background papers, executive summaries, spreadsheets, and visual presentations to support leadership during high-level meetings or travel.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- Demonstrated experience managing, tracking, synchronizing, or coordinating multi-agency CTF activities.
- Proficiency in gathering, organizing, and analyzing program-related data, financial information, or operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Possess ten (10) years’ experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DOW, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents.
- Ability to operate independently, proactively manage requirements, and require minimal government direction to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate prior experience and capabilities for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas (e.g., legislative, budget, etc.).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with DoW and other USG staff.
Qualifications
Must be a naturalized U.S. Citizen and have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
