Counter Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store Leadership team to support company initiatives.

• Ensure customers' needs are met while supporting and executing IMS brand standards.
• Offer product knowledge, stock, handle transactions and help maintain a neat and clean environment within the store.

• Help ensure customers enjoy a high level of satisfaction through actively welcoming and engaging them within the store.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Work with the warehouse team to keep store areas fully stocked and organized.
• Use point-of-sale software to quote, order and fulfill customer needs.
• Use various measuring tools such as a tape measure, calipers and micrometers when needed.
• Learn a new skill if computer experience is not new to you.
• Work in a high-volume retail environment and be trained in safety standards.
• Be bilingual (English/Spanish) to provide exceptional service to a diverse customer base.
• Improve prior metal knowledge through training provided by the company.
