Counter Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store Leadership team to support company initiatives.

• Ensure customers' needs are met by offering product knowledge, stocking, handling transactions, and maintaining a neat and clean environment.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through active engagement.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Work with the warehouse team to keep store areas fully stocked and organized.
• Use point-of-sale software to quote, order, and fulfill customer needs.
• Use various measuring tools such as a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.

Requirements

• Adaptable and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Prior metal knowledge is not required, we will teach you.

Qualifications

• Computer experience is a plus.
