Counter Sales - Masonry & Hardscapes

About the role

Assist customers with purchasing decisions; advise on selection, and process billing of materials. Strong customer interaction via in-person and phone communications is required. Answer phone calls from customers and vendors, set up deliveries, and advise on estimated time of arrival for materials. Interact with manufacturers regarding quotes and lead times. Use of A+ to process sales on a regular basis is required.

Requirements

• Well-spoken with a professional appearance
• Familiarity with building supplies
• Experience in sales of building materials and masonry preferred
• Experience with A+ and CRM is a plus
• Strong mathematical, language, computer, and email skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential

Qualifications

• Exceptional candidate with transferable skills will be considered for training

Pay

The expected salary range is $20.00 - $24.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
