About the Role
As a Count Team Member, you will ensure accurate processing of casino revenues while providing excellent guest service on the gaming floor. Responsibilities include adhering to gaming regulations, sorting and counting cash and chips from drops, verifying games revenue, documenting markers, and using software for computer input. Other duties as assigned will support operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service both internally and externally, including assisting guests on the gaming floor.
- Understand and adhere to Illinois Gaming/Tax Commission regulations and internal policies and procedures, particularly concerning the collection and processing of tables and slot drops.
- Sort cash and chips by denomination, accurately count and verify game revenue, and document markers properly.
- Utilize software like BPS for computer input.
- Perform other assigned duties to support operational efficiency and effectiveness within the casino environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Able to count cash in large amounts.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Experience with calculators, electric carts, and money counters.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more.
- Other physical demands may include stooping, reaching, pulling, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., and the use of repetitive motions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Pay
Salary Range: $17.10 - $27 per hour.
