We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, desirable qualifications, conditions of employment (duty days), salary and benefits, selection procedure, interviews schedule, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities, minimum qualifications (requirements), desirable qualifications (maybe skills), conditions of employment (duty days) could be schedule, salary and benefits (pay and benefits). Also maybe "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about equity-minded etc. We'll need to parse. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: - Intro: "At Fresno City College we value the ability to serve students from a broad range of cultural heritages, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, abilities, and orientations. We prioritize applicants who demonstrate they understand the benefits a diverse student population brings to a community college. The successful candidate will be an equity-minded leader committed to student success achieved through collaboration with faculty, classified staff, administration, students, and community partners who are also dedicated to closing equity gaps." Then description of equity-minded individual etc. Also mention enrollment stats, HSI etc. This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the position". We'll put under

About the role

. - Responsibilities: list bullet points under "Responsibilities". The posting enumerates many responsibilities after "The successful candidate for the EOPS counselor position will be responsible for:" then a list. We'll capture those as
  • items. - Minimum Qualifications: list of requirements: evidence of responsiveness..., Master's degree..., One of the following..., two years occupational experience..., or valid CA Community College Credential, or equivalent education/experience (requires equivalency). Also note about petition for equivalency. We'll put under

    Requirements

maybe. - Desirable Qualifications: list of desirable qualifications. Could be under

    Skills

    or

    Qualifications

. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have Qualifications and Skills separate. We could put minimum qualifications under Requirements, desirable qualifications under Skills. Or we could combine but better to follow. - Conditions of Employment: duty days 178-181 per year, contingent upon funding, duty days prorated based on start. This could be Schedule. - Salary and Benefits: Starting annual salary $71,054 – $108,772 based on education and experience. Duty days and salary prorated. Annual doctoral stipend $2,419. Fringe benefit package including medical, dental, vision coverage for employee and dependents, life insurance. Employees also members of CalSTRS. This is Pay and Benefits. We could split: Pay section for salary and stipend; Benefits section for fringe benefits and CalSTRS. - Selection Procedure and interviews schedule: maybe not required headings; but we could include under "About the role"? But instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. Selection procedure is substantive but not in the list of allowed headings. We could maybe omit because not in allowed headings? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests to use those. Safer to stick to those headings. So we can omit selection procedure and interviews if not fitting. However that is substantive info; but maybe we can incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to omit as not required. But we risk losing info. However instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep all substantive info. If we omit selection procedure, we lose info. So we need to include it somewhere. Could we put it under "About the role"? That section already has description; we could add a paragraph about selection procedure. That would preserve info. Similarly interviews schedule could be added there. Thus we will have sections: About the role (includes intro, equity-minded description, enrollment stats, selection procedure, interview schedule). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (minimum qualifications). Skills (desirable qualifications). Pay (salary, doctoral stipend). Benefits (fringe benefits, CalSTRS). Schedule (duty days). Ensure no filler. Now craft HTML. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's write:

    About the role

At Fresno City College we value the ability to serve students from a broad range of cultural heritages, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, abilities, and orientations. We prioritize applicants who demonstrate they understand the benefits a diverse student population brings to a community college. The successful candidate will be an equity-minded leader committed to student success achieved through collaboration with faculty, classified staff, administration, students, and community partners who are also dedicated to closing equity gaps. An equity‑minded individual understands the importance of holding ourselves accountable as educators for closing equity gaps and engaging in equitable practices; reframes inequities as a problem of practice and views the elimination of inequities as an individual and collective responsibility; encourages positive race‑consciousness and embraces human difference; supports institutional practices that both develop and sustain culturally responsive teaching and learning environments; and strategically builds support for and participation in equity‑related initiatives across both internal and external communities. Fresno City College seeks leaders who value placing the student at the center of everything we do, mentorship, and working in a collegial, collaborative environment. Leaders should be open and willing to participate in culturally relevant professional development that will help them prepare for the population of students who attend Fresno City College. The ideal candidate will share Fresno City College’s commitment to educating its racially and socioeconomically diverse student population. For the 2024‑2025 academic year, the college enrolled over 45,000 students, of whom 68% identify as Latinx, 11% as Asian/Pacific Islander, 4% as Black/African American, 14% as White, 1% as American Indian/Alaska Native, and 2% as multiracial. Fresno City College is a proud Hispanic‑Serving Institution (HSI), a Black‑Serving Institution (BSI), and an Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander‑Serving Institution (AANAPISI). The selection process includes screening by Human Resources for completeness and minimum qualifications, review by a selection advisory committee based on minimum and desirable qualifications, and interviews tentatively scheduled for the first week of October 2026 (first‑level) and the third week of October 2026 (final).
