About the role

Pyramid Healthcare in Radford specializes in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. The position offers a comprehensive range of behavioral healthcare services and is part of a larger network of over 80 programs across 8 different states.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members
• Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact
• Maintains clinical records for clients with appropriate documentation
• Documents and supports utilization review in a timely manner
• Develops and participates in aftercare plans and outcome data processes
• Maintains a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Licensure: CSAC-S, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LSATP, LPC or LCSW
• Licensure required: Master’s Degree in a human services or related field from an accredited college

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical services and client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in clinical software and documentation systems
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment principles and practices

Pay

$61,000 - $70,000 based on education/experience

Schedule

In-person, full time Monday - Friday 9a-5p; Holidays as needed. Some weekend work may be required.
