Responsibilities
- Aid in administrative tasks including uploads, filing, and organization.
- Maintain the waitlist for the clinical team as needed.
- Expand and develop resource lists.
- Assist with tabling events as required.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Attend staff meetings and agency-sponsored trainings as assigned.
- Order and stock counseling snacks within a budget and meet inventory needs.
- Organize, clean, and reset playroom materials.
- Provide child care for counseling and parent support groups as needed.
- Adhere to child abuse reporting guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Clinical Program.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
- Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Work Study Degree path in social work, social services, human services, education, psychology, or other social service education preferred.
- Ability to operate a personal computer using e-mail, word processing, and other applications related to assigned duties.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as directed by HIPAA and 42 CFR.
- Ability to maintain organization and prioritize tasks.
- General knowledge and experience with serving culturally diverse populations.
- General knowledge of the impact of trauma.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends).
