Couchbase Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Couchbase Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable NoSQL database solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Couchbase Server and clusters.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and N1QL queries.
• Manage replication, XDCR, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor database health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Integrate Couchbase with enterprise applications and microservices.
• Automate deployments using CI/CD and cloud technologies.
• Ensure database security, scalability, and high availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Couchbase or NoSQL database experience.
• Strong knowledge of Couchbase Server, N1QL, indexing, and clustering.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
