About the role
The Cottage Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential care facility for children.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential care facility
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Manage staff and volunteers to ensure quality care and safety
- Develop and implement programs to support the emotional and developmental needs of the children
- Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the children’s care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Social Work, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in child care or related field
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$X per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts required
