About the role
As a Costumed Bartender, you will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining bar cleanliness. You will set the stage for guest experiences with a welcoming smile and service, understanding their unique stories and needs to create memorable WOW moments.
Responsibilities
- Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere
- Comply with all departmental and Company policies
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association
- Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards
- Create and ensure a fresh, positive, and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery, and execution of product excellence and service are paramount
- Provide fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service to guests while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to bar porters and beverage servers
- Prepare ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- Comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures at all times
- Make a variety of beverages and adhere to recipes
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- 6+ months of prior relevant experience bartending in a high-volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment (required)

Pay
The pay rate for this role is $17.43 per hour. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay upon hire and will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with state requirements.
