Costco Roadshow - Sales Rep

About the role

This job involves being a Costco Roadshow Brand Ambassador for Premium Retail Services. You will build and manage displays, demonstrate products, and sell them to members in the warehouse. The role requires physical labor and flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down displays
• Build and maintain eye-catching displays
• Greet and interact with members
• Demonstrate product features and benefits
• Close sales based on assigned goals
• Log sales and activity in the app
• Restock and keep displays tidy

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone supporting the company’s apps
• Open availability across the run of a show
• Weekend availability
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding and background checks

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience selling or product demonstration (optional but helpful)
• Bilingual ability in some markets (optional but helpful)

Pay

The pay rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, with the actual rate influenced by experience and location.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and last 10 days, with weekends required.
