Costco Roadshow - Sales Rep

About the role

This job is a premium retail services brand ambassador for Costco Roadshow events. These events are pop-up product demonstrations inside warehouses. The role involves setting up displays, interacting with customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain eye-catching displays inside the warehouse
• Greet members with enthusiasm and demonstrate the product effectively
• Show and tell about the product’s features and benefits
• Close sales based on the assigned target
• Log sales and activity in the company's app
• Restock and keep the display area neat and tidy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A smartphone to support the company's apps
• Flexible availability, especially weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding, including any required background check

Qualifications

• No need for Saturdays and Sundays off
• No desire to sit down during shifts
• No discomfort in approaching strangers
• No need for the same schedule and location every week

Skills

• Product demonstration experience (helpful but not required)
• Bilingual ability (a real advantage in some markets)

Pay

The pay rate starts at $23.00 per hour and can go up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and last for 10 days. Work is required on weekends.
