About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain eye-catching displays inside the warehouse
- Greet members with enthusiasm and demonstrate the product effectively
- Show and tell the features and benefits of the product in a compelling manner
- Close sales based on the assigned target
- Log sales and activity in the company’s app
- Restock and keep the display area neat and tidy between shows
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A smartphone supporting the company’s apps
- Flexible availability, especially weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding and any required background checks
Qualifications
- Experience in selling or product demonstration is helpful but not required
- Bilingual ability is advantageous in some markets
