Costco Roadshow - Sales Rep

About the role

This job involves being a Costco Roadshow Brand Ambassador for Premium Retail Services. You will build and manage displays, demonstrate products, and sell them to customers in a warehouse setting. The role requires weekend availability and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage by building an eye-catching display inside the warehouse.
• Be the star by greeting members with energy and showing the product like a pro.
• Show and tell by demonstrating the features and benefits in a way that excites members.
• Close the sale by reaching the daily sales goal.
• Stay connected by logging sales and activity in the app.
• Keep it fresh by restocking, tidying, and keeping the display looking sharp.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A smartphone that supports the company’s apps.
• Open availability across the run of a show (7 to 10 consecutive days).
• Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding, including any required background check.

Qualifications

• No need for Saturdays and Sundays off.
• No desire to sit down during the shift.
• No discomfort approaching strangers.
• No need for the same schedule and location every week, year-round.

Skills

• Selling or product demonstration experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual ability is a real advantage in many markets.

The pay rate is $25.00 per hour, with a range minimum and maximum of $25.00.
