Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in a variety of cosmetology techniques, including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application
• Conduct practical sessions to ensure students gain hands-on experience
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student engagement
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Participate in faculty training and meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment compliant with industry regulations

Requirements

• Must have Current Indiana Cosmetology License
• Must have current Beauty of Culture Teaching License
• Prior experience in the cosmetology field preferred
• Experience in teaching or training is preferred
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Strong commitment to student development and success

Pay and Schedule

• Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST

Qualifications

Must have Current Indiana Cosmetology License

Must have current Beauty of Culture Teaching License

Prior experience in the cosmetology field preferred

Experience in teaching or training is preferred

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Strong commitment to student development and success
