If your idea of fun involves blending, fading, and creating great vibes, Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Aurora, CO is the place for you! We're looking for a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist who's ready to bring the noise, the charm, and the kind of cuts that make people stare (in a good way).

Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves
• Offer services such as lather neck shave or shoulder massage to keep clients raving
• Ensure the chairs stay full and skills stay sharp
• Transform clients and breathe new life into their styles

Requirements

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to connect with clients

Pay

Earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour.
