Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves
• Offer services such as lather neck shave or shoulder massage
• Ensure every client leaves looking and feeling their best
• Work weekends and nights to meet client availability

Requirements

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hair styling and grooming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using salon tools and equipment

Pay

Start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage. Weekly performance rewards ensure your earnings are directly tied to your efforts.
