Compensation

What You'll Do

Deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves. Provide clients with a lather neck shave or shoulder massage to keep them raving. Maintain a full chair schedule and sharpen your skills every day.

Requirements

• Active Maryland barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and motivation to excel
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and nights
