About the role

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist. This position offers an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climbing to 55%, or a guaranteed minimum wage. Responsibilities

- Deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves. - Provide lather neck shaves or shoulder massages to keep clients raving. - Maintain full chairs and sharpen skills daily. - Enhance the customer experience and help clients feel their best.

Requirements

- Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license. - Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others. - Strong work ethic and motivation to excel. - Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push 25 lbs. - Availability to work weekends and nights.

Pay

Employees typically take home an average of $33.50 - $66/hour.
