Cosmetologist

About the Role

Provides the highest level of customer service and professionalism in all contacts. Provides nail and hair treatments to customers of the Spa as well as fitting and customization of wigs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and treatment areas daily.
• Learns to use and operate products, tools, and equipment used at the Spa.
• Recommends retail products to clients and facilitates the sale of those products.
• Maintains up-to-date industry knowledge and skills.
• Sets up and breaks down work area at the start and end of each shift.
• Promotes the Spa and implements assigned marketing strategies.
• Ensures outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all clients.
• Actively participates in Spa events, pop-ups, and community events, both onsite and offsite.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience

• 1+ as a cosmetologist in a licensed environment [Preferred]
• Lash Extension [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Licensed Cosmetologist (CL) [Required]
