Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Welcome: Greet guests warmly and conduct thorough consultations to understand their style preferences and lifestyle needs
• Hair Design & Cutting Services: Recommend and execute hairstyles that complement face shapes, personal style, and Colorado's climate considerations
• Professional Hair Care: Provide customized shampooing, conditioning, and treatment services using professional-grade products
• Precision Cutting & Styling: Perform expert cutting, trimming, and styling using professional equipment and advanced techniques
• Hair Treatment Applications: Apply specialized treatments and products to maintain hair health and enhance styling results
• Client Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships through exceptional service that encourages client loyalty and referrals

Requirements

• Valid Colorado License: Current cosmetology license from the State of Colorado
• Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience as a practicing stylist in a salon environment
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with professional hair treatment products and their applications

• Advanced Styling Techniques: Proficiency in hair straightening, curling, and thermal styling methods
